Property consultants Alder King have let 94e Whiteladies Road to one of the UK's largest and fastest growing financial claims management companies.

The property, formerly occupied by estate agents Countrywide, was sublet for a term of three years at a rent of £25,500 per annum to Messrs Cavill and Hodgkins, who are Master Agents of Cartel Client Review.

The ground floor unit has A2 planning use, giving permission for a financial services organisation to operate within it.
