Acting on behalf of Commercial First Mortgages Ltd, Tomlinson Quin (part of the Aitchison Raffety Group) has let 13 Bucklersbury, Hitchin to Del Basso Brothers. Based in Hitchin since 1961, Del Basso Brothers has taken a two year lease on the premises, previously a flower shop, at a rent of £7,000 per annum.

The additional retail area of 492 sq ft will provide more space for the sale of scooter brands such as Vesper and Piaggo as well as parts, accessories and clothing.

Commenting on the completed transaction, Philip Richards commercial surveyor at Tomlinson Quin said "This transaction shows that despite the slow start to the year, there are still plenty of companies keen to take commercial premises. This is good news for Hitchin and good news for the market as well."
