LSH seals deal at Lonlas.

Commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has completed the first letting for the new owner of Lonlas Industrial Estate, Skewen near Swansea. Acting on behalf of Willowbrite, who manage the estate for the new owners, LSH has let Unit 1 to Seal n Clean Ltd.

The unit, which amounted to 2,631 sq ft, has been let to Seal n Clean for a term of two years, at a rent of £8,000 per annum.

Jason Thorne, Head of Industrial and Logistics at LSH Swansea, commented: "The estate is accessed of the A4230 which leads to Junction 44 of the M4 Motorway approximately one mile to the West. Lonlas Industrial Estate is a popular location for small to medium businesses, made up of two main terraced industrial blocks a further detached unit and also the Lonlas Village Workshops."
