Knight Property Group extends partnership with TAQA Bratani.

TAQA Bratani Limited (the UK arm of the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC) has extended its partnership with Knight Property Group having signed 10-year leases for two additional buildings at Westpoint Business Park, Westhill, Aberdeenshire.

TAQA Bratani currently lease Pavilion 1 from Knight Property Group on a 10 year term and this relationship extends back to the summer of 2008. The new deal involves the letting of a further two three-story buildings, representing 33,483sqft of additional space.

Recognised as Scotland's Developer of the Year in 2009, Knight Property Group recently acquired an additional site of 6 acres at Westhill for in excess of £ 2 million. The site was purchased on a speculative basis and to accommodate the high volume of enquiries it has received and it is anticipated that Knight will commence development in the near future.
