Knight Frank lets Aberdeen property to Bennex AS

Knight Frank has secured Bennex AS, a supplier of services and products to the oil and gas industry, as new tenants for unit D2 Abbotswell Road, Aberdeen.

Acting on behalf of Tesco Corporation UK Ltd, Knight Frank has assigned the lease of the unit at a passing rent of £75,000 per annum. This instruction followed Tesco Corporation taking occupation of its new purpose built facility at 41 Abbotswell Road, Aberdeen.

Unit D2 Abbotswell Road extends to 11,229 sq ft and comprises a recently refurbished semi-detached warehouse with integral two storey office block to the front. Separately Knight Frank's building consultancy team has been engaged to project manage the installation of a new inspection pit on behalf of Bennex AS.

Neil Young, Knight Frank said: "Bennex AS was attracted to this unit because of its quality and location and this is further proof that if the product is right then Aberdeen is still witnessing good levels of demand and turnover of industrial properties."
