New Northampton £10m business hub.

Northampton Commercial and industrial property consultants, Drake Commercial, have been appointed as sole agents for the county, for a huge new business
hub expected to create a thousand jobs.

The £10m project has been launched near Junction 14 of the M1 at Newport Pagnell and will fill a huge gap for affordable office and industrial space for entrepreneurs and businesses that want space near the motorway network.
