Triogen on the move to Langlands.

Triogen Ltd has acquired 16,448 sq ft at Langlands Place, East Kilbride. The move signals a new beginning for the company as they relocate from their existing premises of 18 years in Craigton, Glasgow.

David Frame of Drivers Jonas Deloitte who acted on Triogen's behalf commented:

"Triogen's business is going from strength to strength and their existing premises were no longer functional for them. The unit they have taken at Langlands Place will let them expand their business and it had the right balance of office and warehouse accommodation situated in an attractive business park style setting.

"All these factors were important to Triogen, who are part of the large French multi-national company, Degremont. Triogen therefore have many overseas visitors and need to project the correct image".

Triogen will take entry at the beginning of September following an extensive refurbishment of the property. Their existing premises at Barfillan Drive, Craigton, Glasgow is currently for sale.

Property AM acted on behalf of the landlords, Henderson UK Property Fund. Grant Scrimgeour of Property AM commented:
