Letting of offices in Lymington.

On behalf of Gourmet Company Ltd, Goadsby have negotiated the letting of the second floor offices at 55 High Street in Lymington.

Surety Claims Services Ltd has taken the 693 sq ft of office space within the listed building, the quoting rent was £6,000 per annum.

Ben Welch of Goadsby commented "After Goadsby secured the letting of the first floor to Fiprom Limited we received interest from numerous local firms for the second floor offices. The cellular space suited Surety Claims Services who have only moved a short way along the High Street from their previous address."
