David Burlinson appointed as director of Chesterton Humberts.

Chesterton Humberts has strengthened its professional services offer with the appointment of David Burlinson as Director of Landlord & Tenant services at the company's Swiss Cottage office.

David joins from Copping Joyce, where he headed the landlord and tenant department, and has over 15 years' experience in the industry having worked previously for Donaldons and E A Shaw. David specialises in lease renewal and rent reviews and provides arbitration and independent expert witness support for disputes relating to these services.

David will be based in Chesterton Humberts' Swiss Cottage office and will work alongside Eric Shapiro and Ian Asbury.

Paul Abrey, Chesterton Humberts' head of commercial, comments: "David has a wealth of experience that will benefit our clients greatly."

David starts on 26 October.
