Claire's Accessories - Retail - Glasgow, Buchanan Galleries

The growth of Claire's Accessories, the jewellery/accessory retailer, continues with the opening of its 200th store at The Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow.

The 1,091 sq ft store has been acquired on a new 25 year lease, with a break at year 15, at a rental of £115,000 per annum.

Mark Smith, Chief Executive comments:

"We are delighted the Buchanan Galleries store is trading well and we are now halfway to our target of 400 stores by the end of the year 2001".
