Commercial Union Properties Ltd, advised by Jones Lang Wootton and Saxon Law, has let the 5th, 6th and 7th floors of St George's House, St George's Road in Wimbledon. All three floors have been let on 15 year leases without breaks at stepped rents rising to £215 psm (£20 psf).

The 792 sq m (8,523 sq ft) 7th floor has been let to The Peldon Rose Group and the 5th and 6th floors, totalling 1,564 sq m (16,833 sq ft) have been let to Coty UK Ltd, who are to relocate from 17 Cavendish Square, London W1.

Andrew Yates, Chairman of The Peldon Rose Group, comments "We believe that our move to Wimbledon will aid the efficiency of the Group, as a result of the excellent communication infrastructure already established and the supporting local facilities. Our staff are looking forward to the enhanced environment offered by St George's House."

The building has recently been refurbished and the Ground to 4th floors inclusive remain available on a floor by floor basis from 506 - 5,380 sq m (5,450 - 57,900 sq ft).

The lettings are seen as a major endorsement of the Wimbledon market, with both occupiers moving into the town on institutional lease terms.
