High Street Shift For Halifax in Huntingdon

Following Halifax Plc's successful acquisition of the former Eastern Electricity showroom at No 114 High Street, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, Stephen Kane & Company has concluded the sale of its former unit at 107 High Street to Colemans Stationers.

Colemans is paying £375,000 for the unit which is located on the corner of High Street and Grammar School Walk. The property comprises 115 sq m (1,241 sq ft) of sales and office area with a further 214 sq m (2,307 sq ft) of ancillary space.
