Greggs Plc, the leading retail baker in the UK, has acquired the freehold of 41 Mitcham Road, Tooting, London SW17, for a new bakery outlet.

Greggs Plc, represented by Stephen Kane & Company, acquired the freehold property for £335,000. The property comprises a retail shop with a sales area of 36 sqm (391 sq ft) at ground floor level as well as a 51 sq m (550 sq ft) basement and similarly sized first and second floors.
