Slough Estates - Industrial - France, Paris, Cergy Pontoise, Tailleur Industrie

Slough Estates has prelet a 12,400 m² distribution centre to Tailleur Industrie, a subsidiary of GEODIS, within the new town of Cergy Pontoise, 20 kms north west of Paris. GEODIS is the leading transport and logistics group in France.

A construction contract has been placed for a building of 25,000 m² and the prelet part for Tailleur is due for delivery in August / September 1998.

Tailleur follow Rank Video Services, Sony Music and Decathlon as occupiers for 'build to suit' distribution centres constructed by Slough Estates in new towns around Paris over the past two years.

Slough Estates, keen to continue its success in this area, controls additional sites in Cergy Ponsoise, Melun Senart, Evry and Marne La Vallée; together these offer a development capability of 60,000 m².
