HobbyCraft, UK's largest chain of art and craft superstores and part of the Dorset-based Haskins Group, has opened its 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft) store at the new 11,150 sq m (120,000 sq ft) Westway Cross Shopping Park, 1000 Greenford Road, Greenford.
The new store, UK's ninth art and craft superstore and the first within M25, was officially opened last week by Councillor Umesh Chander, JP, The Mayor of the London Borough of Ealing.
Located on the A4127 Greenford Road, just a half a mile north of the A40, Westway Cross comprises 12 retail units ranging in size from 232 sq m (2,500 sq ft) to approximately 2,322 sq m (25,000 sq ft). Rents of around £269 per sq m (£25 per sq ft) was agreed on this deal.
