London based Fashion house, Whistles, have acquired a unit in central Belfast at 1/3 Chichester Street, the former First Active Building Society unit fronting Donegall Square East.

Shopfitting is currently underway and it is hoped the shop will open for trading in the next four weeks, following extensive refurbishment works.

The unit has been acquired on the basis of a new 15 year lease incorporating 5 yearly rent reviews at an initial rent of £25,000 per annum.

The unit is situated in an extensive "period" building located in a prominent position within Belfast City Centre, overlooking the City Hall. Lisney acted on behalf of the landlords JA Trading.
