Fletcher King - Industrial Letting - Trafford Park

Fletcher King Braithwaite today announced the letting of the final phase at Green Property plc's speculative Circle South scheme in Trafford Park, to Brands Hatch Leisure Group.

The final phase comprised 48,350 sq ft (4,491 sq m) of quality industrial and distribution accommodation. The property was let on a 25 year FRI lease without break, at a rental equating to approximately £5.00 per sq ft.
