Hiscox Plc are pleased to announce the subletting of two floors in their headquarters building, 1 Great St Helen's, London EC3.

The first floor (5,221 sq ft) has been taken by Global Marine Systems Limited for their new London executive and marketing office. Global Marine specialises in the laying and maintenance of under water telecommunication cables. Global Marine were advised by Boon Godbold.

The second floor (5,266 sq ft) has been taken by MBIA, a US company that specialises in the insurance of financial risks. This is to be their new corporate London and European headquarters. MBIA were advised by Morgan Pepper.

Both parties took short term leases with rolling break options, at rents in excess of £50.00 per square foot per annum exclusive.
