Stiles Harold Williams - Industrial Sale - Croydon, 23/31 Lower Coombe Street & 1 St Andrews Road

Picton Estates Ltd have purchased a freehold industrial investment at 23/31 Lower Coombe Street & 1 St Andrew’s Road, Croydon from Epsom Estates Ltd for just under £1.5 million.

The property, located in the centre of Croydon, comprises a mixture of modernised industrial and office buildings together with parking. The premises produce total rental income of £197,000 per annum.
