Matthews & Goodman - Offices Sale - Didsbury, Wilmslow Road

A private company, advised by Matthews & Goodman, has purchased a complex of three office buildings at Meadow Court, Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, South Manchester, from Legal & General.

The 65,000 sq ft office complex, set in attractive parkland grounds, was bought for £8.5 million reflecting a net initial yield of 7.25%.

The three buildings are let to CGNU with approximately 17 years unexpired on the lease.
