MERGER NECESSITATES MOVE TO NEW OFFICES

Following the acquisition of JH Chappell by Lloyds insurance Fund, CLM, the company has moved from offices at 78 Leadenhall Street to new offices in EC3.

CLM Underwriting Ltd has taken a new sublease from QBE International Insurance Ltd, on the 470 sq m (5,050 sq ft) first floor of 14 Fenchurch Avenue.

Savills advised CLM Underwriting Ltd while Nelson Bakewell acted for QBE International Insurance Ltd.
