Eurodis Electron Plc has surrendered its lease on Unit 10, The Rutherford Centre, Rutherford Road, Daneshill Industrial Estate, Basingstoke, allowing the landlord to grant a new lease to Portable Add-ons Plc.

Portable Add-ons Plc, the telecommunications services supplier and mobile computing operator, has relocated to the 351.50 sq m (3,784 sq ft) warehouse following its recent expansion. The premises have been taken on a new 15-year lease from the landlord MDDT Nominees SA and Woolfe Nominees Limited at a rent of £30,272 pa (£86 per sq m/£8 per sq ft), with a three month rent free period and break options at the end of the fifth and tenth years.

Portable Add-ons Plc was unrepresented in the transaction.
