Douglas Duff - Industrial Letting - Milton Keynes

Date: 15 Nov 2001

The market for smaller industrial units in Milton Keynes remains buoyant, according to commercial property agents Douglas Duff.

"In spite of the rather gloomy economic forecasts, the smaller unit sector of the commercial property market is surprisingly lively" commented Jon Rawcliffe of Douglas Duff. "We are still witnessing steady demand for smaller units in the Milton Keynes area."

A spate of deals have been agreed, and a number of units have gone under offer including:

A total of 165 sq m (1,774 sq ft) at 103 Caxton Court, Wymbush;

Two units (numbers 32 and 39) totalling nearly 222 sq m (2,390 sq ft) at Carters Yard, Kiln Farm;

24 Cochran Close, Crownhill, a light industrial/warehouse unit of 60 sq m (624 sq ft);

An industrial/manufacturing unit of around 344 sq m (3,700 sq ft) at Barton Road, Bletchley.
