Tops Estates Announces New Letting
Peacocks Stores come to Shepherds Bush Green

Tops Estates PLC, the specialist investor in shopping centres, announces that Peacocks Fashion Group has taken premises for a new store at Shepherds Bush Green Shopping Centre London W12.

Peacocks, with branches nationwide, recently entered into a new 15 year lease for a 6,600 sq ft store and have now taken an additional 2,400 sq ft to extend their original store to 9,000 sq ft. The store faces both the Safeway Supermarket and the new Boots The Chemists.

Tops' Director Darren Sharpe said, "Peacocks fashion chain recently opened stores at our Ladysmith Centre, Ashton-Under-Lyne and at Corby Town Centre. The recent letting follows a flurry of enquiries after the submission of our plans to add to the Centre and fully enclose the malls. Redevelopment proposals incorporate an 85,000 sq ft leisure extension, including a 12 screen multiplex cinema."
