Lambert Smith Hampton - Industrial Sale - Dukinfield, Tameside Business Park

Clients of Lambert Smith Hampton have purchased the freehold industrial/warehouse investment known as Unit 1, Tameside Business Park, Dukinfield, from Singer & Friedlander for £2,100,000, representing a net initial yield of 7.28%.

The freehold property comprises approximately 54,000 sq ft of modern warehouse accommodation let to Vitafoam Limited for over 20 years. The current rent is £161,706 per annum exclusive, which equates to £3.00 psf. The rent is subject to review in May 2002.
