Lambert Smith Hampton, acting on behalf of Hyder Consulting Ltd, has surrendered the lease on the ground floor of Riverview House, Beavor Lane, Hammersmith, W6 to the landlord. A new tenant, f-Print, has been introduced to the space.

f-Print has taken a new ten year lease for the 630 sq m of space (6,800 sq ft), paying £100,000 per annum (£158.73 psm/£14.71 psf) for the accommodation. The lease has a five year mutual break option.

Lambert Smith Hampton represented Hyder Consulting Ltd, part of the Hyder Group, in the disposal of the space. Meadowcroft acted for f-Print.
