Walsh Western Group Take Distribution Warehouse - Scotland

Continental Tyre Group Ltd has assigned the lease on Junction 3 Warehouse on the Houstoun

Industrial Estate, Livingston, Scotland, to Walsh Western Group.

The high bay distribution warehouse, constructed in 1993, comprises 4067 sq m (43,771 sq.ft.) with four loading bays and two storey offices.

The 20-year lease from November 2013 has been assigned at a passing rental of £162,500 pa subject to review in November 1998.

Cardales and Knight Frank represented the lessor.
