Tops Estates Lets, New Flagship Store In Leeds Shopping Plaza

Tops Estates PLC, the specialist investor in town centre shopping centres, announces that, following the reconfiguration of space, a further flagship store has been created and is due to open in Leeds Shopping Plaza, in the last available space on Bond Street Mall.

Internacionale/Au Naturale, the major lifestyle and fashion retailer, have leased 9,000 sq ft immediately facing Mothercare and Bhs, who have both re-fitted their stores for the Millennium. The lease term is for 15 years with five yearly upward only rent reviews at a commencing rent of £280,000 pa plus turnover rent.
