UK Civil Service Benefit Society has acquired the retail warehouse investment at 123-125 Wallgate, Wigan, Lancashire for £1.318m reflecting an equivalent yield of 8.3%.

The premises comprise two retail warehouses, let to Globus Office World Plc. who occupy No.123 extending to 854 sq m (9196 sq.ft.) and HSS Hire Group at No.125, comprising 422 sq m (4546 sq.ft.).

Both leases have in excess of 15 years unexpired and currently produce a rent roll of £ 105,650pa.
