Global House Acquired For In Excess Of £2 Million.

B & S Ventures, a joint venture between Brett Properties Limited and Struttbrook Properties have acquired the freehold of Global House, 424 Bath Road, Longford, Heathrow for a figure in excess of £2 million.

Global House a 991.05 sq m (10,668 sq ft) office building which will be refurbished to Grade A standard including air conditioning will be available on a leasehold basis in mid October this year. The building has the added benefit of 44 car parking spaces.

Chesterton represented the vendor, Teknion Management Limited.

Rogers Chapman advised B & S and will be marketing Global House upon the completion of the refurbishment at an asking rent of £301.39 per sq m (£29 per sq ft).
