Crest Nicholson - New Regional Director For Crest Nicholson Properties

Crest Nicholson Properties has promoted Alastair Thomas BSc ARICS to Regional Director, responsible for a development programme with a current value in excess of £50 million.

Thomas, who is based at Crest Nicholson Properties' Weybridge office, has been with the company four years and since joining has acquired a number of projects, the most recent being a 5,574 sq m (60,000 sq ft) retail park in Colchester.

With 13 years development and investment experience in all sectors of the property market, 36 year old Thomas was previously with English & Overseas Properties and Clive Lewis & Partners.
