AXA Real Estate Investment Managers advised by Nelson Bakewell, and joint agents Tushingham Moore, have completed a new letting of the above premises to Sportswift t/a Card Factory.

The premises comprise ground floor sales of approximately 91.1 sq m (981 sq ft) with 35.0 sq m (377 sq ft) ancillary accommodation. A new 15 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease at a commencing rent of £38,000 per annum was agreed.
