Cuverwell & Company, acting jointly with Healey & Baker, have negotiated a new lease of Unit L17, Princes Mall, Edinburgh to Harbmedic.

The property occupies an excellent location on the lower mall within the Centre with nearby occupiers including Bay Trading, 0asis, Quicksilver and New Look's city centre flagship store, extending to 10,000 sq ft which is due to open shortly.

Unit L17 extends to 626 sq ft (58.1 sq m) and Herbmedic have agreed to take a new 15 year full repairing and insuring lease subject to 5 yearly upward only rent reviews at an initial rental of £45,000 per annum.

Herbmedic is the latest in a long line of new lettings at Princes Mall with other new occupiers to the Centre including McDonalds, Jnr Station, Quicksilver and New Look.
