Acting on behalf of California Closets, Stephen Kane & Company has assigned a retail unit at 227 Kings Road, London SW3 to Crowson Fabrics Ltd.

The 25-year lease, which was held by Simplify Ltd (In Liquidation), runs from June 1999 at a passing rent of £130,000 per annum exclusive. The shop, which is located close to Mulberry, Sanderson Textiles and the Holding Company, comprises 132 sq m (1,422 sq ft) Ground Floor along with basement sales space of 63.9 sq m (688 sq ft) and office space of 51.09 sq m (550 sq ft).

Crowson, a fabrics, furnishings and wall coverings company paid a premium of £34,000 plus VAT for the lease.

Crowson Fabrics Ltd represented itself.
