Acting on behalf of Lockey Bros Ltd., retained agent Stephen Kane & Company has agreed a 15-year lease on Unit 8 in the Queensgate Centre, Peterborough.

The unit is located in the heart of the centre adjacent to Barratts and near to Boots, H. Samuel. It comprises 123.56 sq m (1330 sq ft) of ground floor space, and 133.78 sq m (1,440 sq ft) of first floor space as well as a further 50.63 sq m (545 sq ft) of storage.

Lockey Bros is paying a rent of £127,000 for the lease, which followed from the surrender of the former Salisbury's lease to landlords Norwich Union Investment Management.

Stephen Kane & Company is the retained agent for Lockey Bros. CB Hillier Parker represented Norwich Union.
