Acting on behalf of Greggs Plc, the largest bakery-related retailer and sandwich specialist in the UK, retained agent Stephen Kane & Company has taken a 10-year lease on a retail unit at 209 High Road, Ilford.

The ground floor unit, which is adjacent to Harrison Gibson department store, comprises sales space of 104 sq m (1,120 sq ft) and ancillary areas of 22.48 sq m (242 sq ft). Greggs Plc, which has more than 1,140 units throughout the UK, is paying a rent of £43,000 p.a. for the unit.

Stephen Kane & Company is retained by Greggs Plc as a sole property adviser in London, inside the M25 and the South East. Glenny represented the landlord.
