Ryden - Bankhead Crossway North, Sighthill Industrial Estate

On behalf of Standard Life Investments, Ryden are delighted to announce the letting of Unit 7 Bankhead Crossway North on Sighthill Industrial Estate, to Initial Textile Services Ltd.

Initial Textile concluded the lease on the above property which extends to 669 sq m (7,200 sq ft) for a period of fifteen years with a mutual break option at the expiry of year 10. The rental agreed was based on a rental rate of £6 per sq ft.
