Guardian's Regent Centre Fully Let

The Regent Centre, Guardian Properties' new production/warehouse development completed in the Spring is now fully let.

Target Express have agreed a 20 year lease on the remaining 1,928.88 sq m (20,763 sq ft) single storey industrial unit at a rent of £80.73 per sq m (£7.50 per sq ft). Mills & Wood acted for Target Express.

Earlier this year, W.F. Electrical relocated to the Regent Centre from their existing premises at Park Royal allowing them to progress expansion plans to achieve 90/100 outlets in the next 2 years.

W.F. Electrical Plc took a new 20 year FR&I lease on 836.4 sq m (9,000 sq ft) in the rear section of the 2,766 sq m (29,763 sq ft) development at a rent equivalent to £88.80 per sq m (£8.25 per sq ft). This rent reflects various works undertaken

by the landlord as a condition of the letting. The lease is subject to five yearly upward only rent reviews.
