Fairview New Homes are set to capitalise on the increased potential and appeal of Butlers Wharf soon to be generated by the Jubilee line extension and burgeoning South Bank attractions.
The project has involved the demolition of Vanilla and Sesame Wharf, two existing dilapidated warehouse buildings on the site, to make way for the construction of a new 7-storey development. Designed by architects BUJ, the building will have a total gross internal floor area of 127,000 sq. ft plus basement car parking.

The contract value for the basement, shell and core is in the region of 6.5m.
