Mason Owen, acting on behalf of their clients, TM Retail, have acquired prime retail premises at 91 High Street, Ayr, to relocate their two existing branches in the town.

The premises have been acquired on a new 15 year full repairing & insuring lease incorporating 5 yearly rent reviews at an initial rental of £44,000 per annum.

The property was acquired, refurbished and let by Aberfeldy Development Co Ltd and Howland Ltd.
