Acting on behalf of Alycidon, Stiles Harold Williams has let 1,428 sq ft of industrial accommodation at Unit 23, Bell Centre, Crawley to Spencer Harrod Ltd.

A new 9-year lease has been granted at a commencing rental of £14,500 per annum.

"The ingoing tenant had recently experienced an agreement fall through on a similar unit and needed space to cover their already implemented expansion plans. The deal was agreed, placed in solicitors' hands and completed within a month."
