Redman Heenan Properties Ltd, the investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has recently completed two more lettings on its Crewe Hall Enterprise Park, Cheshire.

A 241 sq m (2,600 sq ft) warehouse has been let to Stock Solutions Worldwide Ltd, a high quality fashion company, on a ten-year lease with a break clause after five years, at an initial rent of £8,450 per annum.

The second letting, of a 120 sq m (1,296 sq ft) warehouse, has been made to Powermedia (UK) Ltd on a five-year lease with a break clause after three years, at an initial annual rent of £4,536.
