Taylor Woodrow - Retail Sale - Hampshire, Waterlooville, Dukes Walk Shopping Centre

Taylor Woodrow has sold its 10,033 sq m (108,000 sq ft) Dukes Walk Shopping Centre in Waterlooville, Hampshire, to Clerical Medical Investment Management for £13.9 million showing a yield of 8.1%.

Tenants in the scheme include Waitrose and Wilkinson, which anchor the scheme, as well as Fitness First, Robert Dyas, New Look, Choices and Bon Marche.

James Henderson, director at Taylor Woodrow, said: "The Dukes Walk shopping centre scheme has been a great success and has attracted some major national high street retailers.

"The sale of this development further paves the way for our South East development team to expand its operations."

Vail Williams and Colliers CRE acted for Taylor Woodrow while Clerical Medical Investment Management represented itself.
