Computer Associates have acquired the last remaining suite at St John's House in Altrincham from the Hollins Murray Group.

The suite measured 3,400 sq ft. Computer Associates already occupy 10,700 sq ft in the same building.

Computer Associates took a new 15 year lease with a break at the expiry of the tenth year at an annual rental equating to £16.00 per sq ft. A six month initial rent free period was granted.
