A Tale Of Two City Disposals

Having advised Aberdeen Asset Management PLC on their acquisition of One Bow Churchyard, London EC4, Jones Lang Wootton have now successfully sublet the 5h Floor (5,030 sq ft) to Penna Holdings.

The rent is £42.50 per sq ft for a five year term. Allsops advised the tenant.

JLW also advised Aberdeen Asset Management PLC in disposing of leases expiring in December 1999 at Walbrook House, 23 Walbrook, London EC4.

The property has been let on the 4th floor to Kyte Group, measuring 5,775 sq ft, and the 5th floor to SS & C Technologies, measuring 5,775 sq ft. The 6th floor has been let to Greenwich Lloyds Underwriting Agencies with a floor area of 4,450 sq ft.

Boon Godbold and Hexell Wylie acted in the disposals of the 5th and 6th floors respectively.
