Bay Networks Dispose Of Surplus Ealing Offices

Bay Networks (UK) Ltd, represented by Corporate Real Estate Services in Maidenhead and Weatherall Green & Smith, have fully sublet Aurora, a 4,562 sq m (49,109 sq ft) headquarters office building in Ealing, west London.

In the largest deal, DunnHumby Associates Ltd, represented by Eckert Bowen, has agreed to take the ground, first and second floors, which provides 2,596 sq m (27,947 sq ft), on a sub-lease until Februrary 2006 at a rent of £564,893 pa with a nominal rent free.

The 1,966 sq m (21,162 sq ft) third and fourth floors have been taken by Cambridge Management Consulting, represented by Gooch Webster, also on a sub-lease until February 2006 at a rent of £427,747 pa with a nominal rent free.
