Culverwell and Company - Retail Letting - Edinburgh, Princes Mall

Acting on behalf of Haslemere Estates, joint agents Culverwell and Company and Healey & Baker have let unit L2A Princes Mall, Edinburgh to specialist jewellery retailer ReSpective.

The company specialises in sterling silver jewellery and accessories for women, and has chosen Princes Mall for its first Scottish outlet.

The unit extends to 500 sq ft (46.47 sq m) with a 10 year full repairing and insuring lease agreed at a rental of £25,000 per annum.

"This is the latest in a long list of new lettings which have recently happened in the centre, and it is positive to see that we are able to build on the recent successes. These include securing blew Look's Edinburgh flagship store and KFC's only city centre outlet.

I believe that retailers are now recognising that Princes Mall is able to offer an affordable alternative to the traditional prime pitches such as Princes Street, and this other with its excellent location adjacent to Waverley Railway Station is proving to be a winning formula."
