Friends Ivory & Sime Property Asset Management - Retail Letting - Colchester, Lion Walk Shopping Centre

FISPAM has attracted two further retailers to its 19,509 sq m (210,000 sq ft) Lion Walk Shopping Centre in Colchester town centre. Anchor tenants at the centre already include Marks & Spencer, Boots, Topshop, BhS and River Island.

Stylo Barratt Shoes Ltd, relocating from Culver Walk, has taken a prominent corner unit of 264 sq m (2,839 sq ft) on a 15 year lease at £110,000 per annum.

Allsports has taken a 240 sq m (2,579 sq ft) unit on a 15 year lease at £62,500 per annum, opening in early May. This will be the retailer’s second outlet in the town.
