On the instructions of Consignia plc Nelson Bakewell have completed the sale of the above development site and premises. As part of the transaction Post Office Limited took a new lease on 2,000 sq ft (185.8 sq m) for 15 years at £25,000 per annum exclusive from the purchasers Christian Outreach Centre (South East) Limited.

The site is located at the junction of Beckenham Road and Rectory Road adjacent to the central roundabout to the south of the town centre and comprised a site area of 0.314 hectares (0.777 acres) housing some 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) of accommodation.
