Rogers Chapman - London SW1, Chapter Street, Chapter House

TAP Air Portugal, the Portugese national airline, advised by Rogers Chapman, having been established in the area for some 25-years has relocated to the ground floor of Chapter House, Chapter Street, close to Victoria Station, London SW1.

TAP acquired 576 sq m (6,200 sq ft) on at a rent of £355.21 per sq m (£33 per sq ft) on a new 15-year lease with a tenant’s break at the tenth year; in addition, a 4-month rent free period was given and a £25,000 capital contribution was made.

Mark Lacey, Director of Rogers Chapman commented: “The airline considered a relocation out of town but the benefits to staff and customers of the Victoria area became the main driver for their acquisition in Chapter House”.

Tuckerman represented the landlord.
